Me and my partner stayed here for two nights. I was proposing to her the first day. I had communicated with the hotel to assist me with making it a surprise and they went above and beyond to make this happen! The level of service is awesome. They are friendly and respectful staff. The English language is a barrier in most places in France, but here the staff can speak English. The room is excellent and very clean. The location is perfect, only walking distance to the church. We definitely recommend a stay here and we will certainly come back.

The hotel's location was terrific. When I return to Lourdes, I will only stay at Saint Rose. The air-conditioning was great. The staff, except for the man with glasses who was very rude and bothered when I asked a question, were exceptional and very helpful and kind. It is very, very clean and fresh.

Sainte-Rose was in a perfect location and very close to the grotto and restaurants and shops right on the fringe of the upmarket part of the town. A lovely view of the countryside, too, and the holy Cross up on the hill. We could see and hear the candlelit procession from the terrace. This was one of the only hotels that had an outdoor terrace. We felt settled the second we arrived. The staff are excellent, friendly and so helpful. The rooms were clean and decorated in a lovely style. Brilliant air conditioning. Very comfortable beds too. The 3 course evening buffet for 21 euros is fantastic. We chose to go room only and pay for the evening meal separately. It gave us the opportunity to eat at different restaurants. We loved this hotel and will be back

Good location if you are on pilgrimage to the Lourdes sanctuary - less than 2 mins walk. Access to many shops and cross-cultural restaurants . Very good dine-in buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Be prepared to pay a city tax of about 4-5 euros. Rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable .

Location was fab very near the grotto Breakfast was great much more that other hotels I’ve stayed in Lourdes Fresh fruit boiled eggs omelette and sausage cold meats cheese breads juices Rooms was clean and fresh laundry and towels every day Reception staff and housekeeping staff were polite and friendly Relay enjoyed my stay

Room looks very elegant and so comfy. How I wish I could stay longer in Lourdes, I could have just staycation in the hotel room. 😊 with fridge and kettle, so you can just bring your own drinks and food and have staycation in there 😊

Everything was great! Budget friendly but it gives comfort and accessibility in the area, especially in the Sanctuary and Grotte. Our room was nice and clean too! The staffs were very kind, they can communicate well in English and they always smile which made us feel more comfortable.

The location of the hotel is amazing! Just few steps away from the Sanctuary. We loved it. Many times we would pray at the Sanctuary, go back to the hotel (for example to change the clothes) and head back out again. Everything super close. Comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple. Bathroom was a good size. Window overlooking the Sanctuary. Room was also a good size. Overall a good stay.

Excellent location with easy access to the sanctuary. It is like 2 min walking distance. Also surrounded by good cafés and restaurants. Rooms are clean and amenities are good.
